1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Wexler's Retrievers website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.
2. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, photography, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wexler's Retrievers and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Wexler's Retrievers.
3. Waitlist & Deposits
Submission of an application does not guarantee placement. All puppy reservation deposits are strictly estate deposits, as they secure a timeline and prevent other families from occupying a limited spot. Deposits may be transferred to a future litter at the sole discretion of Wexler's Retrievers.
4. Breeder's Discretion
Wexler's Retrievers reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse the sale of a puppy to any applicant at any time prior to physical transfer. In the rare event a sale is terminated by the breeder without cause, the deposit will be refunded in full.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
